Once again I have a great cigar from the RTDA show that was given to me to try. This is the brand new blend from Cuban Crafters, CC has come out with a lot of new blends including the “Contraband” cigar I reviewed a couple of months ago.
This cigar is a very attractive vitola with a nice double band. The cigar itself has a nice Connecticut shade wrapper and from the looks of it appears very mild. There were a few small veins running through the wrapper but nothing that would affect the burn. In fact I experienced no burn issues what so ever.
There were ample amounts of smoke from this cigar and flavors of cream and cedar. Through the second third there were great buttery flavors with with a bit of white pepper. This cigar stayed mild thorughout but the flavors were great. The last third brought out some more white pepper but then started to get a bit harsh. It then took a plunge in the ashtray. I would recommend this cigar to those who like mild breakfast worthy smokes with their coffee.
